Seperate Hot/Cold Sink Spouts

As a hygienic user of restrooms, I find it common courtesy to wash my hands after any use of said restroom. This serves many great purposes in life such as preventing the spread of infection, making my hands clean, etc. One thing about restrooms I will never understand, however, is this. Granted, that is not my finger, just a like-minded soul on the internet. Whose idea was this? There is not combination of hot and cold possible. If I want to wash my hands in warm water, I must switch back and forth from very chilly to boiling lava hot spouts. Not only is it highly inefficient, it is also very uncomfortable. Amis.
